Cabbage & Carrot Paratha


  • 1 cup - Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp - Cooking oil
  • 1 Cup- Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 cup- Greated Carrot
  • 1 tsp - Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1tsp - Curry leaves
  • 1 cup - Onion
  • 1tsp -Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp- Ginger garlic paste


First step making dough of wheat flour add salt,oil add water by mixing water by water upto making consistent dough. After making dough apply oil to dough. Keep it aside for 15min.

Next step make a stuff of parath take a pan add a oil heat it add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste Chopped onions fry nicely next add turmeric powder, Cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, sugar mix it well .Add cabbage, carrot,corinder leaves mix it well & cook it. Cool down the stuff.

Last step take a dough make small pada of dough make gap & add filling of stuff. And it chapati fry it both side. Serve it hot with kitch up.
