Green Moonga Gravy


  • 1tsp-Oil
  • 1tsp-Red chilli powder
  • 1tsp-Tumeric powder
  • 1or2tsp-Salt 1tsp-Jaggery
  • 1tsp-Cumin & Corinder powder
  • 1tsp-cumin seeds
  • 1cup-Green moonga boiled
  • 2-Onion
  • 2-Tomatoes 1tsp-Ginger garlic paste 1tsp-Corinder leaves


First step boil shocked Green moonga in per heated oven boil for 10min. Make a paste of onion ,Tomato, ginger garlic make all ingredients paste.

Take a container of oven heat for 2min with oil add cumin seeds,onion Tomato ,ginger green paste fry it nicely and add Cumin Corinder powder,kasuri methi,turmeric powder,jaggery,red chilli powder,green moonga boil it nicely upto 10to 15min .

Serve it for Corinder leaves & chappati
