Hakka Noodles


  • 2 cup -Noodles
  • 1tsp-Salt
  • 2tsp-Oil
  • 2-Chopped onions
  • 1cup-Cabbage
  • 4 to 5 -Green chillies
  • 5to6-Garlic claves
  • 1inches-Ginger
  • 1½ tsp-Soya souces
  • 2tsp-Tomato souce
  • 1 to 2-Capsicum
  • 1½-green chillies souces
  • 1cup-Carrot


Take a container add water to it boil it add oil, noodles boil it then after boiled dran water wash it cold water because it will not stick each other.

Take a pan add oil heat it add green chillies, ginger garlic paste, onion, capsicum,cabbage, carrot fry it well add soya sauce, salt, tomato sauce,green chillies souces mix it well add boiled noodles mix it serve it hot.
