Masala Rice In Different Styles

Ingredients

  • Oil - 1tbsp
  • 2cup -Rice
  • 1tsp - Chopped ginger garlic
  • 2tsp- salt
  • 2 tsp - green chillies
  • 1tsp - cumin seed
  • 1 tsp -cumin & coriander powder
  • 1tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup - Onion
  • 1cup -Green onion
  • 1 cup - Capsicum
  • 1cup - Tomatoes
  • 1 cup -Green peas
  • 1cup - Carrot
  • 1 cup- Beans

Directions

Take a pan heat it add oil add Cumin seeds,ginger garlic, chopped green chillies, onion,carrot, capsicum,beans mix & fry it well.

Add turmeric powder, Cumin powder, corinder powder,salt,sugar mix it well.

Add cooked rice mix it well. Serve it hot.
