  • 1)Dosa batter ingredients for 2cup
  • 1cup-Urad dal
  • 2½ cup-Rice
  • 1tsp-Methi seeds
  • 1tbsp-Puffed rice 1tsp-Salt
  • 2)Ingredients for noodles for 1 plate noodles
  • 1cup-noodles
  • 1-chopped onion
  • 1-carrot
  • 1-Capsicum
  • 1cup-Cabbage
  • 1inches-Ginger chopped
  • 4to5-Garlic claves
  • 4to5-Green chillies
  • 2tsp-Oil
  • 1tsp-Tomato souce
  • 1tsp-Soya souce
  • 1tsp-Salt
  • 1tsp-Sugar
  • 1tsp-Green chilli sauce
  • 1tsp-Schezawan souce
  • 1tsp-Batter


Take a container add urad dal,rice, Methi, puffed rice wash it nicely and soak it for 8 hours.

Next step take a mixture grander & grind it fine paste with out any lommus. Next farment it for 6to 7 hours.

Take a pan add water add oil heat it nicely and add noodles boil it then after boiled noodles wash with cold water because it will not stick each other and prepare noodles Recipes.

Take a pan add oil heat it add ginger garlic, chopped, green chillies, chopped onion,carrot, capsicum, cabbage mix it well fry it well. Add soya sauce, salt, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce mix it well fry nicely add noodles mix it well.

Take a pan add oil heat it add Dosa batter spread it well cook it for 2min add better shazewan chutney spread it well add made noodles in Dosa cook it minutes & roll it serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
